Shipping and Returns Policy

At Wez Wellness Skincare we only ship to the UK at the moment. The shipping cost is a standard fee across all orders.

Processing time can take between 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Delivery time will be between 3-5 working days of your order being processed, however, we will be adding a next day delivery option in the near future.

Once we have received your order you will get a confirmation email, they can be sent to spam or junk so be sure to check all folders connected to your email address. This email will include an invoice and there will also be a following email including a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

As our products are fresh and made with natural ingredients, we do not accept returns. We do not do refunds or exchanges. It is important that you read all of the information before purchasing a product or ask any questions you may have to avoid confusion and disappointment.

You should also be sure to fill in the correct information in check out before purchasing. If any products are damaged or faulty please send an email to wezley-tate@wezwellness-skincare.com with your order number, issue and a picture within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will do our very best to help you in this situation.
